One of the very first things that I did when I found out I was pregnant with each of my children was search for a pregnancy planner that was also a journal. I knew I wanted something simple and easy that would help me not only plan out all 9 months of my pregnancy (which actually ended up being more like 10 months with two of my boys!), as well as give me a special place to record each milestone and memory.
